Terms & Conditions

1. Net 30. All invoices are payable within 30 days of shipping date to open accounts. A 2% per month (24% per annum) will be added to all accounts with invoices not paid in 30 days.

2. Any account that falls past 145 days will automatically be placed on our "DO NOT SHIP" list without prior notification to customer. All shipments will be held until the account is paid current. Accounts that have shipments held two (2) times will be automatically place on permanent COD.

3. Minimum Order - NONE

4. No deductions may be made in remittances on accounts due without prior issue by DUNBAR MEDICAL of a credit memo to cover such deductions.

5. Possession of a catalogue or a price list does not constitute an offer. We reserve the right to reject any/all orders.

6. A handling charge of $25.00 will be assessed for "N.S.F." cheques.

7. All new accounts will be shipped on a prepaid or COD basis until credit approval is obtained.


PAYMENTS

1. Pay oldest invoice first. Pay by invoice number.

2. Include invoice or statement stub with payment

3. Discount prices are not allowed on past due accounts.


SHIPPING POLICY

1. Orders will be shipped F.O.B. Mississauga.

2. Delivery carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser. It is imperative that claims for missing merchandise be filled by the recipient within three (3) working days after receipt of shipments.


RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY:

1. Merchandise may not be returned without our approval.

2. All returns are subject to inspection.

3. A 35% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.

4. All authorized returns must be prepaid. Collect returns will be refused.

5. Enclose a note of explanation with any return, stating purchase date and invoice number.

6. Product purchased with initial stocking order may be exchanged within three (3) months without a restocking charge.

7. A 30 day limit will be imposed on returned merchandise, except for initial orders.

8. Repairs must be clean and dry, or they will be returned to you without repair.

9. Custom or special sized products may be returned for modification only, not for credit.

10. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION.

All Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at time of shipment will apply to all orders.
